Lorton House’s huge country kitchen includes a 4 oven Aga, additional electric oven with hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine and adjoining breakfast room with French windows that lead out into an attractive inner courtyard. Highchairs are available in the house for younger guests.

Dining Room

Lorton House includes a large dining room with capacity to seat 16 guests with generous open fireplace. This is the perfect place to eat, chat and enjoy each other’s company over food, wine and drinks.

Bathed in Light

Drawing Room

Looking for a space to relax? How does a spacious and light filled drawing-room with ample comfortable sofas and armchairs arranged around the open fireplace sound? Huge bay windows with stunning views over meadows towards the sea mean that this is a spot that is always bathed with gorgeous light.

That Cosy Feel

The Snug

The snug is a cosy little spot with sofa and armchairs. Wanting a bit of light entertainment? Reach for the selection of books or pop the tele on. It’s simply a great place to settle down and watch a film, lose yourself in a book, or get the board games out, maybe even have a nap?

The Cellar

There’s always a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main house. Down here, you’ll find the wine cellar and billiard room, perfect for storing your favourite tipple while hosting the great Lorton billiard championship to crown your family’s champion!
