Established by Benedictine Monks, this unique wildlife habitat is spread over 25 acres and is over 600 years old. Visitors can even help to hand feed the swaps at 12pm and 4pm daily, as well as learn more information about these graceful birds from the swanherd.

This 65 acre rescue centre was set up in 1987 by Jim Cronin to provide abused Spanish beach chimps with a permanent and safe home. Today the centre is home to over 250 primates of more than 20 different species. Many of the residents there are victims of primate smuggling and have been given a second chance at life by being rehabilitated into natural living groups at the centre.
